Book Cover Contest

I invite you to put on your creative thinking caps and participate in the book cover contest for my book, One Hit Wonder. The winner receives $50 and the chance to have the design show up as the book cover.

Entries must be original, not plagiarized and not evocative of any existing commercial characters so as not to infringe any copyrights or trademarks.

All entries must be email to ecofying@gmail.com with "Book Cover Contest" on the subject line.

Three finalists will be chosen based on composition, originality, quality of artwork, AND effectiveness in capturing the idea of the book.

Artist is required to sign an indefinite usage license agreement (i.e. no defined print run, ebook editions, general marketing, etc.) if their design should be chosen as the winner of the contest. Artist will retain merchandising rights and other rights to their work. Proper credit and acknowledgment will also be given to the selected artist.

I'd love to see your ideas for a complete book cover, but if you just have an image that you think it would be perfect for the book and would like to submit it without worrying about typography and layout. Feel free to do so!
